The Saipan Chamber of Commerce will hold its first General Membership Meeting of 2005 on Wednesday, Jan. 26, a the Aqua Resort Club on Achugao.<\/p>\n
The buffet line will open at 11:30am, and the meeting will start at noon. Cost of the buffet is $12.<\/p>\n
Vicky Benavente and a panel of other experts will talk about the recently signed Approved Destination Status Memorandum between the CNMI and the People’s Republic of China, and what it will mean for the future of the Commonwealth.<\/p>\n
There will also be a brief presentation by PacifiCare, the health insurance plan available to SCC members at a discounted cost. The yearly open enrollment for this plan is during March, and this is a good chance to learn about this opportunity.<\/p>\n
