The deadline to register is Friday, March 25, 2005.<\/p>\n<p>The council is also inviting representatives of all ethnic groups to a meeting in preparation for the arts festival.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 15, at 6 p.m. at the Multi-Purpose Center in Susupe, to discuss the activities of the Flame Tree Arts Festival, including the Parade of Cultures featuring ethnic costumes.<\/p>\n<p>Booth registrants will have the opportunity to select the location of their booth at the festival on a first-come, first-served basis. Registrants must provide a copy of their business license, non-profit certificate or by-laws, and valid health certificate if they will be selling food. The cost is $400\/business, $200\/non-profit organization, and $50\/traditional and visual artists.<\/p>\n<p>For more information or to get an application form, contact Festival Coordinator Angel S.
