Babauta were mentioned to highlight the upward and damaging progression of the government deficit that took place since his inauguration in January 2002.<\/p>\n<p>To continually harp on this point about Babauta not being governor during that timeframe is not acknowledging what has transpired fiscally in the CNMI since 2002.  It is time for Lyna Vizconde to stop focusing on Babauta not being governor in 2000 and 2001 and begin focusing on the fiscal dilemma that has ensued for the CNMI since that time.  In addition, Lyna Vizconde needs to stop \u201cliving in the past\u201d and be in better touch with the present.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>And for the record, I do not waste my time \u201cshoveling through files\u201d for redundant questions posed by students; and quite frankly, I will now let this dialogue go since it is wasting my time.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Jesus D.
