This is how: guy 1 parked illegally in front of her store because he had to go to church. He leads us to believe it&#8217;s a cultural thing. Guy 2, a cop no less, figured he can take her, twisted her arms and threw her to the ground. How gallant. A relative-witness says Chinese lady started it all, her fault, she beat up on them. Police chief says, why would three guys lie and it\u2019s the lady&#8217;s fault. Tough Chinese lady to take on four burly guys.
