Cepeda said Manny\u2019s parents, Sen. Thomas \u201cKiyu\u201d and Vicky Villagomez, who left Monday for Hayward, California, are arriving Sunday.<\/p>\n<p>There will be a public viewing of the body at Mt. Carmel cathedral on Monday, Nov. 7.<\/p>\n<p>Cepeda said the public viewing begins at about 7:30am. At 4pm, a funeral Mass will be held.
