{"id":95370,"date":"2005-11-10T06:39:00","date_gmt":"2005-11-10T06:39:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/a5515534-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e"},"modified":"2005-11-10T06:39:00","modified_gmt":"2005-11-10T06:39:00","slug":"a5515545-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/a5515545-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e\/","title":{"rendered":"NMA Cross Country tomorrow at CPA field"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Northern Marianas Athletics is reminding all interested athletes that it will host the 2005 All Schools Cross Country Championships tomorrow, Nov. 12, at the Commonwealth Ports Authority Airport Field.<\/p>\n<p>Boys and girls will be divided in 9-and-under, 11-and-under, 13-and-under, 18-and-under age groups and compete for the trophies and ribbons associated with winning the endurance title.<\/p>\n<p>According to NMA, children in the 9-and-under and 11-and-under age groups will run one mile, while those in the 13-and-under and 18-and-under will leg-out 2.1 miles.<\/p>\n<p>Registration begins at 3pm with the first race expected to get underway at 4pm. Participants are advised to get there as early as possible for warm-ups and stretching prior to the event.<\/p>\n<p>For more information about today&#8217;s All Schools Cross Country Championships, contact NMA coaches director Elias Rangamar at 664-2502, president Kurt Barnes at 235-5853, or treasurer Robin Sapong at 235-6500.
