FRG Thanksgiving Mass set<\/p>\n
The Echo Company 100th Battalion 442nd Infantry Family Readiness Group would like to inform all families of our soldiers that there will be a Thanksgiving Mass at Kristo Rai Church, Garapan, Saipan on Tuesday, Nov. 22, at 6pm.<\/p>\n

JROTC says thank you<\/p>\n
A big \u201cthank you\u201d is being extended to all who supported Kagman High School\u2019s Junior Reserve Training Corps fundraising luncheon on Saturday, Nov. 12, 2005 and a late \u201cthank you\u201d also for the support extended to the Alpha Company luncheon held on Oct. 15. Our success was due to your gracious support for the KHS JROTC fundraising activity. Again, thank you to all the people of Saipan from the cadets of KHS JROTC Ayuyu Battalion Staff, Alpha Company, Bravo Company, and instructors.<\/p>\n
Rev & Tax Employers\u2019 Yearend Seminars<\/p>\n
The Division of Revenue and Taxation will be conducting two Employers\u2019 Year-End Seminars on Tuesday, Dec. 6, 2005. The first seminar will be from 8am to 11am and the second seminar will be from 1pm to 4pm at the Pedro P. Tenorio, Multi-Purpose Center in Susupe.<\/p>\n
The seminars will cover important compliance rules and instructions pertaining to the filing of Forms W-2CM, Wage and Tax Statement: OS-3710, Annual Reconciliation of Taxes Withheld; and W-2G, Gambling Statement. Also to be covered, are important compliance rules and instruction on the Magnetic Filing of these forms.<\/p>\n
Businesses, employers and all payroll service companies are encouraged to attend. Please confirm your attendance by calling the Administration Office of the Division of Revenue and Taxation at telephone numbers 664-1000\/1 or fax at 664-1015.<\/p>\n
Hopwood events in November<\/p>\n
* Hopwood Junior High School will run out of 2005-06 student data portfolios (handbooks) that it uses for home-school communication. Hopwood has a limited number of 2004-05 handbooks available as a substitute, but those who want to get them are advised that the policies, procedures, and calendar dates may be slightly different in last year\u2019s handbook. If anyone has any questions or needs clarification on any current information, call the school at 664-5075. A nominal replacement fee of $1 will be charged for each replacement handbook.<\/p>\n
* Parent and Community Take Over Day would also be held on Nov. 22. Students are requested to fill out and return the attached survey, or call the school at the above number to sign up to volunteer.<\/p>\n
* On Nov. 27, Sunday, vice principal Gagaring will be organizing a community workday on Hopwood\u2019s campus. Students are requested to bring their entire family and any tools and\/or gardening equipment you may have. The affair is a potluck, barbeque, and work together affair. Call 664-5003 to volunteer or to sign up to bring potluck items.<\/p>\n
Saipan Southern makeup days<\/p>\n
Saipan Southern High School would be holding make-up classes for days missed due to Typhoon Nabi on Dec. 22, Thursday, and Dec. 23, Friday. The make-up days will be regular hours from 8am to 3pm. For more information about the make-up days, call SSHS at 664-4000.<\/p>\n
