The Tinian Department of Public Safety\u2019s Traffic Section will be conducting OPCR checkpoints on the day and times listed.<\/p>\n
Dec 7<\/p>\n
The first set up will be on St. Joseph Street by the Tinian Mayors Office. This operation will commence at approximately 7am and will be terminated at approximately 8:15am.<\/p>\n
The second set up will be on Broadway by Million Poker. This operation will commence at approximately 5pm, and will be terminated at approximately 6:15pm.<\/p>\n
Dec 9<\/p>\n
The first set up will be on Broadway by Tinian Hotel. This operation will commence at approximately 7am and will be terminated at approximately 8:15am.<\/p>\n
The second set up will be on Broadway by Listo Print shop. This operation will commence at approximately 4pm, and will be terminated at approximately 5:15pm.<\/p>\n
Dec 11<\/p>\n
The first set up will be on St. Joseph Street by Huang Shun Supermarket. This operation will commence at approximately 7am and will be terminated at approximately 8:15am.<\/p>\n
The second set up will be on 2nd Street by the Municipal Baseball Field. This operation will commence at approximately 4pm, and will be terminated at approximately 5:15pm.<\/p>\n
Each checkpoint conducted will last at least 75 minutes (1 hour 15 minutes) at each location. This activity is part of the DPS\u2019 effort to ensure that all vehicle occupants are protected.<\/p>\n
In addition, traffic officers will be conducting highway criminal interdictions, saturation patrols, aggressive driver interdiction, and laser activities.<\/p>\n
