Sablan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe want to fully cooperate with the transition people,\u201d he said yesterday.<\/p>\n<p>He said that based on his talk with the MVA transition sub-committee chairman Herman Sablan, the transition work is almost finished.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe said that they\u2019re just wrapping up,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Transition subcommittees are tasked to review their assigned departments or agencies and make recommendations on how to effectively run these offices.<\/p>\n<p>In particular, the sub-committees, in discussions with current department of agency staff, are expected to identify problems facing the offices and potential solutions to those problems.<\/p>\n<p>The Fitial-Villagomez transition committee, chaired by Covenant Party chairman Martin Manglona, said that it would complete its reports on Dec. 30.<\/p>\n<p>Gov.-elect Benigno R. Fitial and Lt. Gov.-elect Timothy P.
