Hossain, 47, has overstayed in the CNMI for one year and six months now.<\/p>\n<p>Immigration investigator John Peter stated in court papers that Hossain entered the CNMI on immediate relative status.<\/p>\n<p>Peter said the respondent is now over-staying because he did not submit any application to renew his IR status.<\/p>\n<p>Labor records indicate that Hossain\u2019s previous sponsor\/employer was Nunita Jesusa Tudela Hossain.<\/p>\n<p>Superior Court Associate Judge David A.
