{"id":96759,"date":"2005-12-30T05:11:00","date_gmt":"2005-12-30T05:11:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/a5d20eb0-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e"},"modified":"2005-12-30T05:11:00","modified_gmt":"2005-12-30T05:11:00","slug":"a5d20ec0-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/a5d20ec0-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e\/","title":{"rendered":"Drinking hours extended on Jan. 1"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The hours to sell and serve alcoholic beverages are being extended until 4am on Jan. 1, 2006, according to the Department of Commerce.<\/p>\n<p>In a special notice issued yesterday, Commerce Secretary Andrew Salas said these extended hours are only for the evening of Saturday, Dec. 31, 2005, until 4am on Sunday, Jan. 1, 2006.<\/p>\n<p>The extension is being granted in accordance with 4 CMC, Section 5556 and applies to all Class-3 On-Sale establishment operators (licensees).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis authorization applies only to Class-3 On-Sale Licensees, and does not allow for any further expansion of the extended hours.
