Villanueva delivered 7-lb. River Oakley at exactly 12:01pm after a successful caesarean operation.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe named him River because the flowing water is lucky,\u201d Villanueva said. \u201cOakley is a popular brand,\u201d added Feliciano.<\/p>\n<p>The proud father said that River Oakley, like him, was born during the \u201cYear of the Dog\u201d in the Chinese calendar.<\/p>\n<p>Viewing the birth of River Oakley on New Year as lucky, the parents wished for prosperity, peace, and success of the CNMI and the incoming administration of Gov.-elect Benigno Fitial.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Li Shuang Nu gave birth via normal delivery to a healthy 6-lb. boy, Xu Zi Ling, at 1:05pm.
