Police arrested on New Year\u2019s Day a man and two male juveniles who were allegedly involved in a burglary at the Trench Tech Shop in Garapan where 70 T-shirts worth $1,400 were stolen.<\/p>\n
Suspects Seiichi Aoki and the two juveniles were taken to the Superior Court yesterday for a bail hearing.<\/p>\n
Aoki was charged with burglary, theft, and criminal trespass. A $15,000 cash bail was set for his temporary liberty.<\/p>\n
The case against the minors was sealed.<\/p>\n
Trench Tech reported to the Department of Public Safety on Dec. 3, 2005 that its warehouse was burglarized and 70 Fokai and Trench Tech T-shirts were stolen.<\/p>\n
The shop called DPS again on Dec. 30 after a staff got a tip as to who were responsible for the break-in.<\/p>\n
Apparently, the suspects gave some of the T-shirts to friends and sold the other shirts to two stores in Dandan.<\/p>\n
Detective George Fleming David said the parents of the juveniles consented to police\u2019s questioning of the minors.<\/p>\n
David said the minors admitted they were involved in the incident and implicated Aoki.<\/p>\n
