Del Rosario, who is also the governor\u2019s senior policy adviser.<\/p>\n<p>When asked about Deleon Guerrero\u2019s stint, Del Rosario said that Deleon Guerrero\u2019s term essentially ended with the dissolution of the board and the agency he used to head.<\/p>\n<p>Also, pursuant to a memorandum of the Attorney General\u2019s Office, \u201cthe new boss is the Secretary of Public Lands,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>In a Feb. 22, 2006 memorandum, assistant attorney general Alan J.
