The Commonwealth Utilities Corp. is informing its customers within the areas of Chalan Kanoa that the Water Task Force Leak Detection personnel have started conducting water pressurization testing on the main water lines in the Chalan Kanoa areas beginning yesterday until 8am of May 10, 2006.

It is expected that during this period of time, customers within these areas will experience fluctuating water pressures and discoloration of water due to high pressure exerted on the pipes.

The agency is increasing water treatment and advises its customers to call the CUC Trouble Desk for assistance at 235-0282 or 235-2282.

“Please be informed that once this pressurization testing is completed, normal water operation will be restored. Everyone’s patience and understanding is appreciated,” said the agency. (PR)
