Deadline for submission of sign-up forms on June 17

Saipan Billiards Association is advising all interested teams that the deadline for submission of sign-up forms for the winter/spring 2006 season of its Budweiser Open 8-Ball League is on June 17.

The winter/spring season of the Budweiser Open 8-Ball League will commence of June 17 with the league expecting to have 13 teams coming from USS Peleliu Club, Da Place Sports Bar, VFW Post 3457, Wild Wild Bill’s Bar & Grill, Godfather’s Sports Bar, Jewel Sports Bar, Round Two, Vargas Corporation, Jonny’s Bar and Grill, and newcomers Porky’s Bar, Vince Sports Bar, and Tan G’s Spot.

Organizers are also reminding teams that a captains meeting for the recently concluded summer/fall 2006 season of the Budweiser Open 8-Ball League is set on June 25.

Pacific Amusement, the same company that runs the leagues of the Saipan Electronic Darts Association, organizes the 8-Ball Budweiser Cup and Budweiser SBA Open 8-Ball League. For more information about the Budweiser SBA Open 8-Ball League and the SEDA leagues, contact Vivien Elloraza at 233-4397.
