The 2006 MDX Good Sportsmanship Basketball League-Coca-Cola Cup resumes this weekend with three middle of the pack teams positioning themselves for the fourth and final playoff spot.

With league leaders Samahang Ilokano at Pangasinense, Budweiser, and RHT, more or less, a lock in taking the Top 3 positions, the performance of the fourth, fifth, and sixth place teams will be the focus of attention this weekend.

No. 6 Kinpachi is expected to improve to 3-4 when it takes on NYBA (1-5) in the 6pm first game tonight. Unless it pulls off an upset against RHT (5-1) in the 7:30pm second game tonight, Samahan ng Manggawang Filipino will drop to 3-4.

SIP (5-1) will look to join RHT on top of the standings when it formalizes UFO Old Stocks (0-6) winless season in the 4pm first game tomorrow, while Budweiser (5-1) follows suit and aims to reestablish the three-way tie atop the rankings when it squares off against Mover (3-3) in the 5:30pm second game.
