$70,000 at stake at Dynasty
Twenty-one will mean more than a random number to the winner of this weekend’s Blackjack Championship at the Tinian Dynasty Hotel and Casino as the grand prize will provide five digits of happiness to the ultimate survivor.
Some of the finest cards sharks and professional gamblers will be on hand this weekend as the sizable purse has lured in players from a number of Asian countries and Pacific Islands.
The timid need not apply as the cost to enter this weekend’s challenge is a cool $1,000, a mere fraction of the total winnings up for grabs
Following the welcoming cocktail party, registration, and seat assignments, the preliminary rounds start this evening at 7pm when some of the top players in the region take their places in front of the dealers for the first time.
There is too much action for just one night and the Dynasty as the players return for the semifinal round on Sunday afternoon at 4pm, followed by the finals at 8pm. The awards presentation will take place soon thereafter on the casino’s main floor where the winners will walk away with $40,000.
The second place finisher will not be disappointed with the $16,000 prizemoney, nor will the third place winner, who gets to keep $10,000 for time well spent on Tinian’s shores.
