Hit-and-run accident
Crime Stoppers is asking the community for information on any person(s) responsible for the traffic fatality that occurred on Sunday, May 4, 2008, at 3:16am, along Isa Drive in Sadog Tasi. Preliminary investigation revealed that the victim was walking east uphill using the eastbound shoulder when a speeding vehicle ran off the highway and struck the victim. The vehicle then fled the scene and headed in west. It was described as a beige or dark brown sport utility vehicle (SUV). This case is pending further investigation.
