The Santa Soledad Parish and the Kagman Komunidat Association want to extend their gratitude to the Department of Public Works and to our Representatives (Rosemond Santos and Ed Salas) for your continuing efforts to help in the community and to improve the quality of life on the Kagman peninsula.

We also want to extend our appreciation to the many other people that were involved in getting the road paved, especially those who actually did the paving. We have tried without success for years to get the road paved leading to the church when we had eight Representatives for the Peninsula. For years the people of Kagman have traveled that old dusty road to church, made a second dusty road across the field to avoid the other dusty road and we have even been forced to breathe the dust during church services. To all those involved, we send our sincere appreciation and our kudos to you for a job well done. On behalf of Santa Soledad Parish and the Kagman Komunidat Association may God bless all of you and your families!
