The women’s committee of the Northern Mariana Islands Football Association will be hosting a 3-on-3 soccer tournament up at Navy Hill this Sunday.

Registration will be from 8am to 8:30am and action begins at 9am. Players must be at least 14 years of age to take part in the tournament.

Since the Navy Hill Field can only accommodate 20 teams at the most, registration will be in a first come, first serve basis.

The top three to four teams will win prizes—futsal balls, waterpark passes from Pacific Islands Club, etc.

Water will also be provided and people are more than welcome to bring grills and barbecue.

Entry fee is $10 and additional donations are always welcome. Money raised from the tournament will be used by the NMIFA women’s committee to buy futsal goals for the upcoming futsal league.

Organizers said with over 130 people playing in the NMIFA Soccer Fall League, spaces are probably going to be limited, so those interested should come before 8am.
