Alex Matubis, a drafter and cartographer, arrived on Saipan Monday, July 28, after conducting work on Tinian. According to investigators, a witness last saw him at 10:30am the same day when he was dropped off at his residence in Garapan.
Matubis was reported missing to DPS Thursday, July 30.
Matubis is described as Filipino. Anyone with information is asked call the Criminal Investigation Bureau at 664-9024/9045.
