Delegate-elect Gregorio “Kilili” C. Sablan will be the featured speaker in Thursday’s meeting of the Society for Human Resource Management-CNMI Chapter.

In a statement issued yesterday, the Chapter said that Sablan will be presenting his vision and his views, goals and objectives, as he assumes his role as the CNMI’s first elected non-voting delegate to the United States. A question and answer session with Sablan will also be available during the meeting.

The Chapter will also be holding elections for a new set of board of directors for 2009, during which the outgoing president will present an overview of the year’s program and wrap up the year’s Chapter achievements.

The Chapter meeting will be held tomorrow, Dec. 11, 2008, at Raraina Restaurant of the Aqua Resort Club. Doors open at 11:15am for registration. Cost for members is $15 and $20 for non-SHRM members (government purchase orders accepted). Cost includes lunch. Reservations are requested.
