FOA membership meeting June 7

The Friends of the Arts has had a great year with four successful shows and a special year-ending concert. To celebrate the close of the season, the FOA is inviting its membership and friends interested in becoming members to a special meeting at the Pacific Islands Club’s Charley’s Cabaret with entertainment from this season’s shows and the always fantastic Magellan Dinner buffet. Come and enjoy songs and scenes from this year’s programs.
The FOA will provide the Magellan Dinner buffet to members and their families and supportive advertisers at $15 per adult and $8 for children 4-11 years. FOA will subsidize the difference as thanks to its supportive membership.
The meeting will also include the election to replace board members whose term has ended or who have chosen to leave the board. The board has three positions open. Any member interested in helping to guide the FOA in its upcoming seasons may contact Frank Gibson at flgibson@yahoo.com or Marilou Conner at marilouconner@gmail.com to let FOA know or to get more information.
The cost of the meeting for non-members will be $20, but those who become a member at the meeting will also receive the subsidized rate for the buffet.
Join FOA on June 7 at PIC’s Charley’s. The buffet opens at 6:30pm and the entertainment at about 7:15pm or so. Come and enjoy the company of fellow members and reprises of some of the great entertainment FOA brought you this season. [I](FOA)[/I]
