Unsolved crimes

I have heard many rumors from friends regarding the break in and subsequent theft of items from the Northern Marianas Trades Institute. Folks are saying DPS did not even bother to dust for fingerprints or even have the common sense to ask for the serial numbers and description of the items stolen. If this is true of DPS’ investigative techniques, then it explains why so many crimes remain unsolved in the CNMI.
