King found using illegal drugs again

Kisha Lyn Masga King, a woman who was originally sentenced to three years of probation for her role in a conspiracy to pass off fake bills in stores, was summoned to the federal court again to explain why her probation should not be revoked for allegedly using illegal drugs.

The U.S. Marshal Service summoned King on Friday to appear in the U.S. District Court for the NMI today, Monday, at 3pm for a revocation hearing.

U.S. Probation Officer Gregory Arriola told the court Friday that King has not complied with the condition of her probation as she admitted to using marijuana and methamphetamine or “ice” on Nov. 8, 2013.

Arriola said that King also failed to comply with the substance abuse testing program requirement by submitting tampered specimens on eight separate occasions from Nov. 2 to Dec. 13, 2013.

Last Nov. Nov. 8, U.S. District Court for the NMI Chief Judge Ramona V. Manglona slapped King with a two-day prison sentence for violating her probation.

Upon her release, King was to serve a 22-month supervised release, during which she will be required to participate in a substance abuse program and refrain from using illegal drugs and any alcoholic beverages. She is prohibited from entering poker or game arcades.

King’s probation has been revoked several times for using illegal drugs and other violations.
