Valentine’s at Hyatt Regency Saipan

Guests can choose how they celebrate their love with Hyatt’s gourmet dining options, romantic spa treatments or decadent confections. For those looking for a romantic experience, Hyatt is offering an array of options for the “not-to-miss” day of romance and love.
Giovanni’s
Giovanni’s will be offering a “La Notte Rosa” set menu dinner priced at $80 per person, including Hyatt Club members. Served from 6pm to 9pm, make reservations for two and indulge in Giovanni’s rendition of Italy’s “Pink Night” festival. Dinner will be prepared by Hyatt’s executive chef Gabriele Colombo and will feature pink elements in each course with choice of main dish. Select wines will be sold at a discounted rate.
Kili Café & Terrace
Kili Café & Terrace will serve a Valentine’s Day dinner buffet from 6pm to 9pm. Are you ready for a chocolate overload? Experience the culinary fanfare that will leave couples breathless at only $50 per person. The scrumptious buffet will include beer, wine, a glass of sparkling wine and ice tea, and a special gift will be presented to the ladies. The buffet will feature a wide array of appetizers, a seafood corner, a barbecue corner, and Valentine’s desserts. Live stations include fennel cakes and assorted condiments.
Teppanyaki
Teppanyaki will be serving a dinner set menu called “Ocean’s Best.” Two sitting times will be set at 6pm and 8pm. This year’s grand seafood set menu is not to be missed. The skilled teppanyaki chef will inspire romance and woo couples as he prepares the featured half Maine lobster and Atlantic salmon according to diner’s preference. It is priced at $100 per person and dinner includes a glass of sparkling wine upon arrival and a gift for the ladies.
Miyako
Miyako will be serving a “Grand Valentine’s” dinner from 6pm to 9pm. Enjoy specially prepared buffet featuring oyster and ikura caviar shooters, scallop croquettes with yuzu essence and the sweetest seafood bounty. The buffet will include hot and cold selections plus indulgent desserts and a hot shiratama zenzai. It is priced at $50 per person and buffet includes beer, a glass of sake, iced tea and a gift for the ladies. Reservations are highly recommended due to limited seats.
Gazebo
A private dinner Gazebo for two will serve dinner from 6pm to 9pm. After couples soak in the sunset, they can let this romantic rendezvous set the mood on this special day of love and romance. The intimate gazebo dinner for two allows lovers to choose between a garden or a beachside setting. Only six intimate dinner slots are available on Feb. 13, 14, and 15 and price is set at $300 per couple that includes a glass of sparkling wine and a gift for the ladies. Selected wines will also be sold at a discounted rate.
I Sagua Spa
