Northern Marianas College partnered with the Office of the Governor and the University of Hawaii Pacific Business Development Center to host “From Tree to Table – Breadfruit Workshop” last Friday. The workshop drew a packed audience composed of business owners, government heads, legislators, farmers, ranchers, and other community members. The discussion, led by Craig Elevitch and Kalani Souza, focused on advancing breadfruit for local and export markets.
