BoG offers 90-day loan payment deferment for Saipan customers

Employees helped, ‘Soudelor Aid’ account set

HAGATNA, Guam — In addition to the account established for “Soudelor Aid,” Bank of Guam is offering a 90-day loan payment deferment program to its Saipan loan customers in good standing.

Contributions to help the Saipan community recover from Typhoon Soudelor may be made at all Bank of Guam branches, with the notation that the funds should go to the “Soudelor Aid” account.

Bank of Guam has also extended financial assistance to its employees on Saipan in support of their needs during the recovery period.

The Garapan Branch will be operating with limited hours between 9am and 3pm today, Aug. 7, 2015, and from 9am to 1pm this Saturday, Aug. 8, 2015.

Bank of Guam, with assets over $1.4billion, is in its 43rd year with 23 branches throughout Guam and western Micronesia. Bank of Guam has had a presence in Saipan since 1980 and its Tinian branch was opened in 1984. (BoG)
