IT&E reaches out to affected customers
IT&E is reaching out to help its business and residential customers whose properties have been affected by Typhoon Soudelor.
If you are unable to use any of IT&E’s services that you are currently enrolled for, “please contact us immediately to temporarily suspend services. We would like to avoid charging you for services you are not receiving,” the company said in a statement.
There are three ways to contact IT&E:
-Call Customer care at 611
-Stop by any of the two IT&E store locations—the main IT&E store in Chalan Laulau or the Wireless Express Center in Garapan, TSL Plaza Bldg.
-Email us at customerservice@itehq.net
You must be the owner of the account or an authorized representative of record, and you must be able to show proof (CPNI Policies Apply) in order to have your request accepted and processed.
“We will also place you on the list to assist you in reconnection and providing services back to your homes and businesses,” the statement adds.
