Chambers versus Spartans for Tuesday title
The Jokers Chamberos and sister team Spartans set up their title showdown in the Tuesday B League of the Bud Light-Saipan Electronic Darts Association Winter/Spring 2016 season after prevailing in last weekend’s matches.
The Chamberos were on top with a 201-99 slate, pending results of their faceoff with the Spartans last night at their home bar, Jokers Bar & Grill, in Garapan, while the latter are not far behind at 200-100.
The Jokers 21 Shockers (182-118) could lock up a podium finish as they are up by 10 games over the Doro’s Hot Points (172-128). They were scheduled to meet separate foes last night with the Shockers playing the 6JMS G-Side Shooters (103-107) and the Hot Points battling the VFW Dabarkads (100-200). The Jokers Northern Lights (157-143) was set to clash with the VFW Warriors (85-215) in the other match.
The Chamberos and the Spartans trounced the Warriors and the Dabarkads in similar scores, 12-3, in last week’s games, while the Hot Points zoomed to an 11-4 win over the Northern Lights and the Shockers also had the same scoreline against the Dabarkads.
