Important SSHS PTSA meeting on June 9

The Saipan Southern High School PTSA will hold a special meeting and fifth day general membership meeting on Thursday, June 9, 2016, beginning at 5:45pm at the Saipan Southern High School cafeteria.

This meeting is in compliance with Article V, Section 3 of the SSHS PTSA Bylaws. The purpose of this meeting is to authorize the SSHS PTSA officers to enter into a contract with the contractor for the construction of a stage facility during the summer break to allow for the timely completion of the project and to prepare the facility for operation before the beginning of School Year 2016-2017.

This action is in accordance with Article VIII, Section 1 of the SSHS PTSA Bylaws. Your attendance at this special meeting is very important in ensuring that the stage facility project is completed as soon as possible.
