Jobsmarianas.com, the NMI’s newest job search platform
Transcend IT Solutions announced yesterday the launch of the CNMI’s newest interactive jobs website JobsMarianas.Com and the JobsMarianas.Com mobile app that is now available for free at the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
The new website and mobile app was developed to provide the community a new platform to search for jobs and for businesses to effectively search qualified candidates.
JobsMarianas.com’s algorithm is designed to index keywords on both the candidate’s profile and the employer’s company profile and job listings, providing seamless and interactive search options to both the job seekers and employers. JobsMarianas.com will match and recommend candidates to employer’s job listings based on smart analysis of the candidates’ résumé and profile.
The development of the jobsmarianas.com website and mobile app is Transcend IT Solution’s way of providing the CNMI another platform to address the workforce issues the CNMI is currently facing.
