Wind advisory in effect
Based on the information received from the National Weather Service in Tiyan, Guam, and compiled at the CNMI Emergency Operations Center State Warning Point, a small craft advisory for winds is in effect until 6am today, Monday.
The National Weather Service in Tiyan has issued a small craft advisory for winds, which is in effect until 6am today. Fresh to strong winds will continue through tonight over Tinian and Saipan waters. Winds will slowly diminish and fall below advisory levels Monday morning.
Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller Vessels, should avoid sailing in these conditions. (EOC)
