Saipan Brewing Co. to set up beer garden
Craft beer to be also served at banquet
For all golf and craft beer enthusiast, the Hyatt Regency Saipan 21st Annual Charity Golf Classic received a generous donation from platinum sponsor Saipan Brewing Co.
On the day of the tournament, Saipan Brewing Co. will host a beer garden in hole No.1 at the Laolao Bay Golf & Resort west course.

At the 21st Annual Charity Golf Classic awards banquet dinner, hosted by Hyatt Regency Saipan, poolside craft beer will be served to guests as well.
“We are happy to support the Hyatt Regency Saipan Charity Golf Classic. The continual involvement and support Hyatt Regency Saipan gives back to the community is immeasurable. Saipan Brewing Co. shares in the same values and is happy to support a noteworthy cause,” said Steve Sablan, Saipan Brewing Co. brewmaster.
“On behalf of Hyatt Regency Saipan, I extend our gratitude to Saipan Brewing Company for their generous donation to this 21st Annual Charity Golf Classic. Through donations like this, our annual golf tournament is a vehicle to extend much needed support to our community members,” said Tyrell Pauling, director of Food and Beverage, Hyatt Regency Saipan.
Saipan Brewing Company is a locally owned partnership between Jay Wolf and Steven Sablan and their wives—Marissa Aflleje-Sablan (Steven’s wife) and Phuong Luu (Jay’s wife).
Together, they develop recipes, brew and package, and distribute craft beer to the rest of the island. Understanding the science behind brewing, craft-beer brewers Steve and Jay artistically concoct new recipes featuring inspired tastes as well as innovative flavors. The inception of Saipan Brewing Co. was initially a pastime of Steve and Jay as craft beer enthusiasts. Today, Saipan Brewing Co. is available at many bars and retailers on Saipan.
The 21st Annual Charity Golf Classic is sold out. Hyatt Regency Saipan would like to share their gratitude to all event partners, sponsors, and especially the golfers. It will be the event of 2017—a 21st anniversary to remember. (PR)
