Ex-governor Babauta on humanities program

This Sunday’s “Your Humanities Half-Hour” radio program will feature Juan N. Babauta, former governor of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, speaking on his recent book, In Retrospect.

Babauta shares his life story in the book, including his experience as a student in Vermont, his postsecondary education and early career focusing on public health, his political career as a senator, CNMI representative in Washington, D.C., and his term as CNMI chief executive.

“Your Humanities Half-Hour” radio program, which airs each Sunday from 2pm to 2:30pm on Power 99, is hosted by Catherine Perry Harris.
