Man sues Mohammed Ali over car collision

A man is suing for the injuries he allegedly suffered when a car rear-ended his vehicle along Isa Drive in Sadog Tasi last Aug. 28.

Beny Koe is suing Mohammed Ali for reckless, careless, and negligent driving.

Koe, through counsel Matthew J. Holley, asked the Superior Court to hold Ali liable to pay him damages for pain and suffering, emotional distress, mental anguish, and medical care and expenses.

According to Holley in the complaint, Koe was driving along Lesset Lane on Isa Drive when Ali’s vehicle rear-ended Koe’s vehicle.

As a result, Koe suffered intense pain, serious physical injuries, and emotional and mental anguish and distress, Holley said.
