elected with no plans
his stay in Washington, D.C.
proved embarrassing for all to see
except for his myopic base fans
MONEY got the man in
with his father’s help to begin
then billionaires from the alt right
supported him throughout the fight
Russian oligarch rubles sealed the win
MONEY now keeps him afloat
international loans and bank notes
he takes the moolah any way he can get it
hotels golf courses emoluments he doesn’t sweat it
just more filthy lucre to buy more votes
MONEY talks better than stocks up or down, as the
the old song goes, ‘Money Makes the World Go Round’
