MLSC to hold free probate workshops
The Marianas office of the Micronesian Legal Services Corp. will present sessions in its ongoing series on probate law as follows:
– Saipan: March 14, at 3pm to 4pm, at the Joeten-Kiyu Public Library on session #3, Accessing Bank Funds; Handling Small Estates.
– Rota: March 21, at 1:30 to 3:30pm, at the Sinapalo Youth Center on sessions #2 and #3, Preliminaries to Filing in Court; and Accessing Bank Funds; Handling Small Estates.
– Tinian: March 28, at 1:30 to 3:30pm, at the Tinian Public Library on sessions #2 and #3, Preliminaries to Filing in Court; and Accessing Bank Funds; Handling Small Estates.
