Sorensen Media-Power 99 has signed up as a platinum sponsor for this year’s Hyatt Regency Saipan 23rd Annual Charity Golf Classic with a donation of media coverage valued at $3,000.

James Nelson, general manager Power 99, and DJ Spade will cover different angles of the tournament with live discussions with the 23rd Annual Charity golf committee directors highlighting an array of prizes, new partnering sponsors and the tournament’s beneficiaries.

The donation from Sorensen Media Group – Power 99 will aid this year’s beneficiaries: Make-A-Wish Foundation of Guam and CNMI, 500 Sails, NMI Rollers Basketball Association, Isla Montessori School, and 4H Marianas.

Nelson describes the Hyatt Regency Charity Golf Classic as one of the premiere golf events on Saipan.

“For more than 20 years now, the Hyatt Regency Saipan continues to be a solid corporate citizen that reaches out to the community,” Nelson said. “With the tournament proceeds going to the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Guam and CNMI and other local non-profit organizations, we are happy to join the Hyatt Regency Charity Golf Classic as a sponsor.”

Claudine Camacho, Hyatt Regency Saipan assistant marketing communication manager, said: “We are honored by the generosity of the Sorensen Media Group – Power 99 to help support us in our efforts to promote the 23rd Annual Charity Golf Classic. With their support and the contributions of other partnering organizations, our tournament will continue to impact in our island community.” (PR)
