Priorities screwed!
While Trump shares the “great American comeback” his nemeses in the U.S. Congress impeached him. Need juvenile politics blur the importance of hearing national issues that await joint resolution?
Didn’t know national policymakers could trivialize vital matters, devolving into viciously immature politics only found on the islands. Whatever happened to maturity to govern with a sense of responsibility?
Politics: Trump presented the new trade-deal with Mexico and China—a $200 billon deal—that would benefit farmers and manufacturers across the country. This should have placed shallow politics in the rear mirror. But it’s hard for some to part with adolescency. Humiliating!
With a towering economy, establishment of nearly seven million better-paying new jobs, how do you justify impeachment?
It’s hard derailing an issue especially when it benefits family dinner tables of more than seven million hardworking families. They have earned every penny while drenched in salty perspiration dripping from their foreheads and tired bodies.

Reportedly, the world gambling capital of Macau braces for a 15-day shutdown of casinos and Hong Kong just reported its first death from the novel coronavirus this week. It’s the result of the economic and human fallout from the latest global health panic.
We could only sit by the roadside in prayerful hope that the spread of the respiratory disease doesn’t descend here. It would be hard for our people, economy, and healthcare system.
Goes to show we’re highly vulnerable to setbacks like the virus that cuts visitors by the thousands. Once again, our economic fate is highlighted: what does the elected elite have up their sleeves while struggling to look intelligent and confused at the same time?
Dawn
We could feel the earthquake-like effect of the spread of the coronavirus worldwide, the thunder of fans at the 54th Super Bowl, and the global silence as people ponder what else may derail them up ahead.
The spread of the virus has unfairly stirred anti-China sentiment all over. It’s wrong given that they too would like to get rid of the deadly disease, having been adversely affected by its global spread.
Statesiders who recently returned from China have been quarantined at military bases until their medical exams are complete and declared free of the disease. It’s one more caution undertaken to contain the virus.
Medical reports say it isn’t as bad as the flu (influenza) though many have died from it. But its colossal and instant spread worldwide is stunning. Moreover, the medical community has yet to find medication for it. It’s best you stay healthy!
Loss
It is predicted that the NMI would lose some $40 million this fiscal year as a result of the cancellation of flights from China. Indeed, it’s a sizeable revenue loss.
The flip side that equally merits ocular review is the cost to the NMI if half the population is afflicted with coronavirus. That would be devastating and I’m not sure we’re prepared to deal with it.
It’s the issue of complications that I find troubling in that it would tax the healthcare system beyond normalcy. I think we’re better off maintaining the health of our people while muddling along with what we have in the treasury.
The impending loss is the reality of our mini-tourism industry reliant on visitors from nearby China and other markets. There’s no other economy than what we have in mini-tourism.
A medical report says the coronavirus isn’t as serious as flu (influenza) but not a reason to ignore what could well turn into a problematic health issues. It’s good to avoid it so you don’t have to deal with complications that may require a visit to the hospital.
Ouster
Impeachment is an issue picked by national Dems to trip the Donald in his presidential re-election.
A review of pertinent constitutional provision absolves the Donald of any violation of law. He didn’t commit any “high crime.” Is this so hard to comprehend?
Hypocrisy
Dems are trapped in their kettle boiling hypocrisy hurling venomous hatred against Trump as if their opinions are set of facts. And they engage in perpetual negativity against the Donald in every conceivable way.
Seems an all-out political agenda to replace the voice of 136 million voters who voted for the Donald. Trump hasn’t committed high crime that would force him out of the WH. The USC must dignify the voice of “we the people” lest the open ruination of our constitutional government.
