Fiesta Resort & Spa Saipan won the Diamond Award for 2013 from Rakuten Travel. The company, Japan’s largest online reservation website, hosts an annual awards ceremony celebrating the achievements of outstanding hotel operators.
The “Diamond Award” is awarded to the top hotel every year, recognizing high volume of sales as well as overall satisfaction with customer service and facilities.
The awards ceremony was held in the Azucena Room of Fiesta Resort last April 9. Fiesta Resort is proud to be the recipient of this award for the fourth year running, demonstrating the hotel’s ongoing positive rankings among tourists. (PR)
