The Department of Public Safety is seeking the public’s help in locating two individuals, Maynard Dela Cruz and Rollin Skaggs, who are both wanted for questioning. Anyone with information on their whereabouts should contact the Criminal Bureau of Investigation at 664-9064, or 911.
