The in-person NMI 10KWomen’s Run, which was pushed back as a result of the recent identified COVID-19 community cluster, is set to commence this Saturday at 6am with the starting gun at the American Memorial Park at the Hyatt Regency Saipan side.

Female runners can participate in the 10K run/walk individually or on teams and the winning team will be able to donate all race proceeds to a CNMI Charity of their choice.

According to Saipan Tribune archives, interested male participants or women who can’t make that race date and time can still enter in the virtual categories which includes the 5K and 10K solo and 5K team divisions.

Participants are invited to complete their chosen distance anytime during the month of March and upload the results in the Race Roster portal.

Northern Marianas Athletics is organizing the event in celebration of the 2021 Women’s History Month and inviting everyone to heed the International Women’s Day call to #ChooseToChallenge by coming out during the Month of March, running a distance of their choice and helping to honor women around.
