HAGATNA, Guam—As they have done in the last few years, Bank of Guam employees have selected five nonprofit organizations to receive a holiday donation from the bank, including the Ohala Foundation of Tinian.

The 2021 Bank of Guam holiday donation beneficiaries, each receiving $5,000, are: Harvest House; H.E.A.R.T. Guam; Ayuda Wings for Life; Ohala Foundation; and Women United Together Marshall Islands.

Joaquin P.L.G. Cook, Bank of Guam’s president and chief executive officer, said: “We are pleased to give voice to our employees for this annual holiday donation. Begun as a way to practice corporate social responsibility while being environmentally mindful, the donations are in lieu of corporate gifts during the holiday season, and for the first time include nonprofits in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands and the Republic of the Marshall Islands.” (PR)
