Traffic interruption for installation of concrete power poles on Jan. 8

There will be road closures and detours on Saturday, Jan. 8, 2022, from 5am to 2:30pm along the traffic light intersection of Beach Road San Jose and Chalan Monsignor Guerrero Road near Atkins Kroll. This will allow the Commonwealth Utilities Corp. to replace two wooden power poles with concrete power poles and install one additional concrete power pole.

Roads to be affected (5am to 8am): All eastbound turn traffic on Chalan Monsignor Guerrero Road will be closed from 5am to 8am; eastbound traffic will be detoured from Amorsch Way south of the Modern Stationary building.

Roads to be affected (9am to 12:00pm): Northbound turn traffic on Chalan Monsignor Guerrero Road will be closed from 9am to 12pm; northbound traffic will be detoured from the Chalan Kiya traffic light.

Roads to be affected (12:00pm to 2:30pm): Northbound outer lane in front of the Marianas Visitors Authority office will be closed and tapered into the inner lane from 12pm to 2:20pm.
