6JMS Vicious took no prisoners en route to winning the Ladies Division of the 2022-2023 Saipan Electronic Darts Association Bud Light Dart League that held its awards banquet last Sunday at Saipan World Resort.
The team finished the season with a 202-98 win-loss mark, followed by Oleai Tracy’s Smokerz’s 177-123 and Jenny’s Party Queen’s 162-123.
6JMS Vicious is made up of Frances Magofna, Jamie Hayes, Virginia Cruz, Mary Lois Blaluk, Godiva Asanuma, and Emy Oiterong. The team is sponsored by 6JMS Sports Bar.
In the Fanihi Division, Spicy Thai Double Chin Double Out left no doubt they’d win the championship after finishing with a record of 174-96.
Bistro Hittaz was runner-up with a 153-117 mark followed by Tambayan Distracted at 151-119.
The Fanihi Division champions, which were backed by Spicy Thai, include Samma “Tulu” Litulumar, Barion “Ice Box” Jones, Brandon “Big Bee” Babauta, Ben “Flow” Flores, June Viper Orencia, and Dexter “No Flex” Rabauliman.
9 Eleven Twisted Tribe came in first in the Flame Tree Division with a 184-71 record.
True North Da’Pares came a close second with a 181-74 mark with sister team True North Vipers completing the Top 3 with a 168-82 record.
The champion team is made up of Steve “RoadKill” Santos, Mike “Spanky” Dela Cruz, John “Lischoll” Santos, Toby “T-Bag” Castro, Russ “Mr. Pogi” Cruz, Ryan Saures, Skem Kaipat, Shane Pangelinan, and Coby “Smooth” Santos. 9 Eleven Resto Bar II sponsored the team.
In the Inter-Govt League, True North Power G Mafia 2 topped the division with a 212-103 record. True North Got UR 6ix and True North DLNR No fear came in second and third with marks of 199-116 and 174-126, respectively.
Ray “Udas” Cepeda, Patrick “Taco” Taitano, Joker Camacho, Jayson John, Julian “Fadang” Camacho, Dexter “No Flex” Rabauliman, Joe Lisua, and Alfres Hocog make up the True North Bar and Grill-sponsored team.
SEDA also named their MVPs for the past season and they’re the following: Toto Aureo (C-Division), Partick Cruz (Tuesday B Division), Tanner Maratita (Flame Tree B Division), Sam “Tulu” Litilumar (Fanihi B Division), Darion “Ice Box” (A Division), Jones Nestor Abing (A+ Division), Dexter ‘No Flex’ Rabauliman (Inter-Govt League), and Frances Magofna (Ladies Division).
The sportsmanship awards were also given to Jonny’s Darty Queens in the Ladies Division, Pepoy’s 101 Proofers in the A Division, Just Chillin Teama Kalakas in the Latte Stone Division, Oleai Darty By Nature in the C Division, Last Shot Believers in the Flame Tree Division, Tambayan GVD Mix in the Fanihi Division, and 6JMS Only Fanz in the Inter-Govt League.
