Joshua Okaruru is missing

The Department of Public Safety is seeking the community’s help in finding Joshua Okaruru of Chinatown.

The 28-year-old is described as a local male standing 5’9” tall and weighing about 170 lbs. He has brown hair and has brown eyes.

He was last seen walking northbound by Fishing Base, Garapan on Dec. 19 at about 2pm. He was wearing red pants, a gray shirt, and black shoes and holding a black and blue backpack.
