March deadline to submit corporation report

The CNMI Department of Commerce’s Office of the Registrar of Corporations is notifying the public that the Annual Corporation Report for 2023 is due on March 1, 2024.

The Registrar of Corporations would like to remind the public that there will be a penalty of $150 for all 2023 Annual Corporation Reports received after March 1, 2024.

After March 2, 2024, a penalty fee of $10 will be charged for each day not counting weekends, holidays, and government austerity Mondays that the report is not submitted, in addition to the $150 penalty for late filing.

Pursuant to Public Law 21-37, a new fee structure was implemented for the CNMI Department of Commerce’s Registrar of Corporations to allow for upgrades to improve record keeping capabilities and offer more efficient and effective services to corporations in the CNMI.
