Rohringer, George renominated to Health Care Professions Licensing board

Gov. Arnold I. Palacios has renominated Dr. Martin P. Rohringer and Dr. Glenda S. George to serve as members of the Health Care Professions Licensing board.

If confirmed by the Senate, Rohringer and George will each serve a four-year term expiring on Jan. 19, 2028. Rohringer will represent physicians on the board, while George will represent health care professionals.

Palacios informed Senate President Edith E. DeLeon Guerrero (D-Saipan) last week that he and Lt. Gov. David M. Apatang are confident that both Rohringer and George possess the necessary qualifications and will continue to dedicate their time and efforts to this important board.

Palacios told the two physicians that he and Apatang have complete confidence in their unwavering dedication to serving the best interests of the CNMI’s people.

“We are grateful for your willingness to continue serving on this important board, and we are confident that your time and efforts will be invaluable to our community,” the governor said.
